As a Resident Assistant at Ridgeway Senior Living, you will be challenged and rewarded in your work assisting residents with their daily living tasks.
If you have a heart for seniors, then this is the job for you! Resident Assistant responsibilities include assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled; performing housekeeping duties; observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition; and passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
Shifts/Hours:

• 6a – 2p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
• 2p – 10p, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
• 10p – 6a, part-time, including every other weekend.

Pay rate: $17 - $18.50
+$0.50 for CNA certification and +$1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!

• Shift differentials for afternoons, overnights, and weekends!
• Benefits for eligible employees include a variety of health plans to choose from, many of which are free or very low cost, dental insurance, and our 403b retirement plan which allows you to begin your contributions immediately upon hire.
• Tuition reimbursement available for new CNA and TMA certification, and other post-secondary education degree programs including nursing.

Experience not necessary, we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.
We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.
Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
