Community Support Services (CSS) provides healthcare and hope for adults living with severe and persistent mental illnesses in Summit County. We are seeking individuals that are reliable, motivated, and passionate about providing sensitive, quality, and professional services to those with mental illness in Summit County. This position is based in one of our Akron area residential facilities, with operation daily (24 hours a day/7 day a week). Come join our mission driven, highly engaged workforce!
General Functions
This is NOT your typical RA position. Our residents are highly self-sufficient. No bathing, lifting, etc. We are assisting our residents with their ability to move on into their own desired living situation. We train and assist our residents on daily living skills, social skills, recreation, shopping, personal hygiene, and self-care in accordance with, and as part of, a multidisciplinary service team led by our staff psychiatry unit.
Currently looking to hire 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) for full time, part time, and PRN. Minimal opportunities available for 1st and 3rd shift.

Employment Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
Necessary Requirements: Possession of a valid Ohio driver's license and insurability through Agency's insurance carrier.
Starting Wage - $14.00/hour (more for experienced candidates), apply today!
