Overview:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages starting from $20.90 - $25 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.
Shift differentials are additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked.

We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

This caregiver schedule includes;
  • 16 hours per two weeks
  • Evening Shift; shift differential of $1/hr
  • Every Other Weekend
  • Holiday Rotation

Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
  • Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
  • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
  • Assists with onboarding of new staff
Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
  • Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
