Position Info
Reservations/Revenue Manager responsibilities include maximizing and forecasting room revenues through management of room inventory and pricing. Communication of trends and strategies of competitor hotels to assist team members in making yield decisions. Supervision of Reservations Agents and office operations. Assist as necessary with the reservations process. Manage e-commerce accounts/business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
