You will be responsible for performing field study data collection activities during a typical growing season. Examples of field data collection may include soil, plant and water samples as well as collection of aerial imagery of field sites. Additional laboratory testing and analyses of such samples/data may also be required in support of project activities. The position will also perform and create preliminary data analyses and summaries based on data collected and analyzed as part of the research project.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate’s in agriculture or related field plus two years agriculture or relevant experience required; or BS in agriculture or related field; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agronomic trials, data analysis, remote sensing, and field research helpful.

Posted Salary $17.50/hr minimum
