We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, an expanding strategic consulting firm that incorporates in-depth polling and market research.

They have an exciting new vacancy for an enthusiastic Graduate Research Analyst to join their team.

As the successful Graduate Research Analyst, you will be involved throughout all stages of the research process, covering the most important, election deciding political issues worldwide, daily.

Working closely with the Research Director, you will be responsible for writing high quality, publishable analysis of polling results that identify key data points and draws upon a thorough knowledge of current events and history.

This role gives you the opportunity to have opinion pieces published under your name in major publications in the UK and US.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience within research, campaigns, journalism, communications, or similar type of work
• Ability to draft well written succinct op-eds and lengthy in-depth reports
• Educated to bachelor’s degree level, ideally within Communication, Marketing, History, Politics, Economics, or Business, however other subjects would be considered
• A keen interest in politics and/or current events
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly accurate with the dedication for producing high-quality work
• An outgoing and enthusiastic character
• Personable with the ability to communicate with business stakeholders confidently and effectively
• Interest in interacting and working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and opinions
