What are we looking for?
This position is a report developer position and will be performing variety of tasks and also ongoing maintenance with the current report deliverables to both Internal & External clients.

Where you will have an impact:
  • Ensure the timely and accurate generation of all corporate internal/external reporting, consistency and standardization amongst the various types of reports and databases and manage the various reporting tools utilized by Versant Health
  • Develop and reconcile complex reports to multiple data sources to validate reporting accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to identify and implement changes that will enhance reports data quality
  • Analyze, interpret and report financial and operational performance trends from various channels & departments, identifying areas performing outside of expected results
  • Develop efficiencies to consolidate and increase the effectiveness of report development and reconciliation of data if required, and maintain departmental reports used internally and externally
  • Active participation in the development of data warehouse’s, data stores and other supplemental reporting enhancements, including the creation of new reporting templates and analytical reports, maintain a reporting schedule and documentation of reporting procedures
  • Develop, analyze and reconcile the output of complex queries using diverse reporting tools
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulations, data files, and their structures and associated database tables in the IT systems
  • Meet all time sensitive report deliveries and data delivery dates
  • Interact with Client Management and Sr. Mgt. teams to discuss reporting results.
  • Perform ad hoc duties in accordance with business needs

What’s necessary to do the job?
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge of health care insurance (vision experience a plus) as might be shown by 3-5 years in an insurance company (claims/eligibility systems a plus)
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and/or other data analysis reporting tools
  • Preferred experience with application logic with an ability to read/develop programs and review the logic of programs developed by others as well as to read SQL Code
  • Proven ability to recruit and train personnel in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth
  • Experience working with SSRS, SSIS and other reporting tools such as (Crystal reports or Business Objects
  • Must have SSIS and SSRS development experience

The wage range for applicants for this position is [100,000 to $110,000].
