Overview:
This career opportunity can be based within our 5 state footprint (DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA). Position has the ability to be remote but will require occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

Coordinates and maintains data integrity standards and ensures data credibility in all Fulton Financial Advisor reports and data. Interprets and analyzes data and provides suggestions and recommendations regarding results or business decisions. Participates in strategic discussions by providing input based on interpretation and analysis of data, offering suggestions, and recommendations. Develops and maintains relationships among stake holders to ensure appropriate data needs, requirements, design, development, validation, testing, and presentation.
- Provides management and staff oversight of data analysis and delivery with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data for decision-making purposes. Ensures all data and reporting methods such as importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, or modeling are performed.
- Responsible for data delivery including requirements, design, development, and presentation. Responsible to understand the data in the Fulton Financial Advisor trust systems, EnAct, Nautilus, and the Core. Deliver actionable data by way of reports and dashboards via business intelligence tools, analytic tools, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and report writers.
- Responsible for data management and analysis. Using approved data analysis and statistical methodologies to provide data cleansing, ensure quality of data, quality of measurement, and documentation. Participates as Fulton Financial Advisor liaison in corporate data strategy meetings.
- Perform data validation methods to ensure data integrity. Apply sound testing methodologies to ensure data accuracy. Performs testing to confirm that systems and reports meets documented requirements. Produce testing results, then works with necessary parties to rectify discrepancies, and coordinates or performs additional testing as needed. Develops and manages necessary documentation related to validation and testing.
Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Mathematics, statistics, or other relevant degree. (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years Data analysis, system administration, or operations. Performing data presentation, project management, data validation and testing, as well as data mining and reporting. Conducting needs analysis, design, and development. Utilizing relational databases including SQL, joins, and queries. (Required)
