Repair Technician Person (Philadelphia, Trenton and Upper Bucks County areas)

Our company is seeking a maintenance person to maintain, repair and service the equipment and facilities in our restaurants, to include but not limited to:

-Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure restaurants are maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating other employees, and guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Essential Functions

• Conduct facility inspections and identify repair needs.
• Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
• Repair furniture.
• Install, replace and program televisions.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Replace and repair heating and cooling units as well as preventative maintenance.
• Trace and repair all types of water lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Perform and maintain work to local, state and Federal codes.

Capable of working on larger in-house projects including:

• HVAC: Repair and Replace as well as Heat Pumps
• Troubleshooting Refrigeration Compressors & Evaporators
• Electrical: Comfortable working with 120v, 208v & 265volt
• Plumbing: Toilet & Wax Seal Installs, Copper Pipe Soldering
• Carpentry & Painting: Capable of Spackling, Sanding and Painting

Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Capable of responding to emails and clearly communicating with management regarding Engineering requests

Purchase parts as needed and maintain purchase records

MUST HAVE tools and transportation, most locations in Center City Philadelphia and South Philadelphia
