Silver Leaf PMS has a part-time contracted opportunity available for a qualified Remote Virtual Medical Receptionist for private psychiatry practices of various sizes. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable individual with a minimum of 2 or more years of VMR experience.

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Medial Receptionist
• Current or previous experience working as a RN, LPN, or MA is required
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid is required
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• Must be willing to provide services to multiple providers
• Must have your own equipment!

What You'll Get To Do:

Tier 1 - Virtual Medical Receptionist Services

• Answering phone and voicemails
• Taking messages for provider
• Scheduling appointments
• Calling No-shows/ Missed appointments to attempt to reschedule
• Responding to practice emails and faxes
• Route faxes to designated locations

Tier 2 - Virtual Medical Receptionist Services (Includes tier 1 services)

• Scanning documents in chart
• Medical Records (Scanning in and sending out)
• Chart completion before appointment
• Prior authorizations (Meds)
• Handling pharmacy calls and clarification
• Verify Intakes/ Screening
• Checking prescription Medication Hx (if available)

Tier 3 - Virtual Medical Receptionist Services (Includes Tier 1-2 Services)

• School Forms/ ESA Letters
• Discharge Letters
• Work Excuses
• Disability Paperwork
• Checking insurance coverage/ eligibility/ benefits
• Collecting Co-Pays/Co-Insurance
