Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Model existing conditions in a 3D environment using both Revit and point cloud modeling software.
- Read and understand engineering plans and specifications.
- Logical understanding of architectural and engineering typical practices.
- Ability to balance multiple roles and take ownership of any task.
- Consistent collaboration with team and supervisor to achieve workload goals and overcome challenges.
Required Experience:
- Associates degree in 3D Design, Engineering or CAD Technology.
- Proficiency in Revit is required, experience in AutoCAD or Inventor is a plus.
- Previous 3D Modeling experience is a plus.
Structural or Electrical experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
