This person will work on ULG’s Health Outcome Solutions team which is dedicated to delivering health equity and language access programs and solutions to healthcare industry. This role will serve in a supportive function and capacity to implement and project manage various client initiatives and deployments, Responsibilities will include leading and supporting the ongoing management of new programs initiatives and coordinating with leaders to create and drive project management frameworks for all key initiatives.

This person is a project manager with a strong organizational and project-based background. The ability to communicate and manage the details of multiple projects simultaneously is critical. A strong desire to provide a high level of customer service and develop key customer relationships is needed.

• Manages significant matters such as project development, project budgeting, and evaluating project impact and performance.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop solutions that meet target audience needs.
• Support development and implementation of language access and health equity programs
• Manages onsite and remote employees.
• Serves as programmatic liaison for and between internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and manage project activities, schedules and budgets.
• Identify and manage risk in projects and corresponding activities.
• Communicate with project members, management, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage customer communications, requests, concerns and priorities.
• Hold project meetings, document meeting minutes, capture and communicate action items.
• Generate meeting minutes and project records; maintain customer communication throughout project duration.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports for leadership and for continuous improvement.
