Aspen Media is looking to hire work-from-home call center representatives for our outbound, soft-sales project partnered with American Residential Services (ARS). We are looking for confident, and self-motivated individuals who are willing to present, promote, and sell products/services. In this sales agent/appointment setting role, you are expected to make outbound calls on a dialer from a list of warm leads we are provided by our client. Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is helpful, but not mandatory.

Candidates must have the following equipment

• Windows 10 or above PC/laptop or a Macbook with MacOS Catalina or higher- CHROMEBOOKS DO NOT WORK WITH OUR SOFTWARE
• USB VOIP Headset with mute button
• High Speed Internet (at least 50 mbps)- we require all employees to be hardwired while dialing
• Ability to use basic Windows programs
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• A willingness to learn in a quiet workspace
• Customer service/sales experience is helpful, but not necessary

Our current hours of operation are between 8am-8pm CST Monday- Sunday. Please keep in mind that hours do vary per project.

Our physical offices are in Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee.
