Available Shifts:

What will you do as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager

  • Make frequent rounds to monitor resident/patient conditions and to ensure nursing personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
  • Based on rounds and resident conditions, complete assessments as needed.
  • Evaluate the daily staffing needs and assignments and make suggestions if needed.
  • Ensure all reports and forms are completed as required and participate in care plan meetings as requested.

What you need as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager

  • Must be fully licensed through the state as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work
