RN Supervisor position available in Brooklyn
Full Time or Part Time
Excellent salary / Weekly Pay
A well-respected nursing and rehabilitation facility in Brooklyn is looking for an RN Supervisor.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Full supervision and oversight.
- Supervise RN's, LPN's, CNA's and other staff.
- Ensure all staff adheres to facility rules and procedures
- Provide medical care to patients as needed.
- Coordinate with medical team and social work team to provide care.
- Conduct admissions process for new residents to the facility.
- Primary responder to emergencies that occur during the shift.
- Maintain and update all documents and records required.
- Participate in recruitment and staffing as necessary.
- Other responsibilities as required by facility.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
- Experience working in a long term care, nursing and rehab facility, or hospital setting is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
