REGISTERED NURSE (RN) HOME HEALTH - FULL TIME DAYS
$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Job Summary: Clients will receive quality skilled nursing services in the home according to an established Plan of Care written by the physician.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Must have two (2) years current experience in patient care and/or Home Health related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of two (2) years relevant Home Health experience.

Licensure and Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required;Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania;Must have a valid PA driver's license and the availability of a vehicle on a daily basis.

Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network · Home Health Care
Schedule: Full Time 37.5 hours, Day Shift, 8AM - 4PM
