About the role:

At TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to discover their true potential. In this position, you would contribute to this mission by providing quality direct resident care under appropriate clinical supervision to adolescents with psychiatric or emotional disorders. Serves actively and constructively as a member of the organization’s multidisciplinary treatment team and supports the organizations and adolescent program’s philosophy of care. This position requires compassion, empathy, patience, and a true passion for working with youth. The goal is to help at-risk youth get out of their programs and become successful young adults with your help. Requirements:

• Must possess current RN license to practice in the state of Florida
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background test
• Must be able to pass a drug test
