Must be able to obtain Act 33/34/73 Clearances upon hire.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and (1) year of psychiatric outpatient, residential, or crisis nursing experience OR Pennsylvania RN license and (2) years of psychiatric outpatient, residential or crisis nursing experience.

ABOUT THE ROLEOur Residential RNs are responsible for providing medication services to individuals in a residential facility. We’re looking for people who have experience developing and mentoring a team, and who believe in a strengths-based approach, and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. Garden View Manor is a 56 bed CMHPCH where each resident has their own bedroom and bathroom. Our program is licensed by the Department of Human Services Bureau of Adult Human Services Licensing. You work together with a team so you are never alone. Our Residential RN is responsible for working with the other site nurse to coordinate all medical needs of the residents. Our Residential RNs provide assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment locations. The nurses also help train, educate, and support the residential staff that works directly with the persons served.ABOUT YOUIn any given day you may administer injections, review labs, perform medical assessments, provide prescriptions per doctor’s orders, and be able to distinguish between emergent/urgent needs and ongoing clinical work.We’re looking for employees who are professional, flexible, compassionate, and can remain composed in stressful situations.This is a team-based position.
