Shift: Day, M-F 8:30a-5p
Salary: $90K-100K

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Health Services
- 30 day assessments
- 90 day assessments
- Delegates on the floor
- Stats for insulin
- Inservice training
- Change of condition
Vaccinations: Fully Vaxed
Requirements:
- RN degree
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of RN experience in LTC setting
Personality: Positive attitude, proactive/self-sufficient in getting tasks completed, personable with staff
Setting: A wonderful environment with lovely residents!
Location: Hillsboro, OR is about 15 miles from Portland.
