Recovery Care Coordinator - Registered Nurse

I am working with health system in the Little Rock area who is looking for a Recovery Care Coordinator nurse to work in one of their hospitals.

In this position you will facilitate communication and coordination between the care team to coordinate patient admissions. You will coordinate referrals to assist patient in continuation of care in the outpatient setting. You will be working with families and physicians.

• Looking for a Nurse with at least one year experience in the Emergency Room. or ICU. Salary depends on years of experience plus bonus plus excellent benefits.
• SHIFT: This is a Monday-Friday position (day shift). No weekends!
• COMPENSATION: (75,000-90,000).

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)
• Case management: 1 year (Preferred)
• ER or ICU: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
