Sinus and Snoring MD is growing and we have four clinics. Kenosha and Oak Creek Wisconsin, Lombard and Mount Prospect, Illinois. We are looking for a part-time recovery room nurse who is looking to work in a family-oriented environment, typically on Wednesday and Friday each week in our OAK CREEK location. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
SALARY: $37-$45/HOUR
JOB SUMMARY:
Recovery room nurse provides direct nursing care for anesthetized patients during the immediate post-operative or post-procedural period. Works in conjunction with the anesthesia team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties include monitoring patients when they are still under the effects of anesthesia. Patient observation is an essential role of the recovery room nurse. On a regular basis, take part in; patient's vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature and perfusion status. The RR RN is expected to treat and address all and any abnormal vitals findings within their scope of practice.
