Critical Care / Intensive Care ICU Registered Nurse, Up To $24,000 in Incentives | Stunning Central Coastal California, Minutes from the Beach!

Utilize your training and experience as you provide ICU patient care in one of California’s Top-10 Ranked Independent Hospitals located in a safe, medium-sized, world-famous community along the Central Coast of California!

HOSPITAL/UNIT DETAILS:

• 258-bed regional hospital
• 20-bed mixed ICU unit (includes MICU and CIVCU)
• Non-trauma designated unit
• Located nearby Monterey, CA, Salinas, CA, Santa Cruz, CA, Central Coast, CA, Monterey County, CA

POSITION DETAILS OF CRITICAL CARE REGISTERED NURSE:

• Day shifts and night shifts available
• Fulltime, 0.9 FTE position (72-hours per pay period)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF ICU RN:

• Up to $15,000 in relocation based on distance!
• Up to $9,000 in rental allowance!
• Shift differentials up to $10/hr!
• Hourly rates start between $69.48/hr - $79.68/hr based on experience!
• 200 Hours of PTO first year; increases to 265 beginning third year!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS OF ICU REGISTERED NURSE:

• A minimum of two years of critical care experience
• Heart experience preferred, but not required
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
• Current California RN license (or ability to obtain a CA license)
• BLS Certification required (upon hire)
• ACLS Certification required (at conclusion of new hire orientation)
• PALS Certification (within six months following hire date)
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred, but not required
