We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Community Manager to lead our non-medical in-home care community in Wheeling, IL. As the RN Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is provided to our clients, managing and supervising care staff, and overseeing daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to care staff, ensuring that they have the tools and resources they need to provide excellent care
- Conduct client assessments and evaluations to determine care needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate client records, including care plans, progress notes, and billing information
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of care staff, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of care staff to client homes
Requirements:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Strong leadership, management, and supervision skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines for non-medical in-home care
