Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH&HS), located in Blair, Nebraska, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department working part-time one day shift per week. Our Values are Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Excellence and Teamwork.Job Summary • Schedule: One 12 hour day shift per week 6:00am to 6:30pm. • Evaluates patients presenting to triage. • Assesses and identifies actual or potential health problems. • Communicates information to the provider about patient concerns/needs.
Assesses health status for the purpose of providing nursing care, health teaching and/or home care instructions. • Administers medications, treatments and executes regimens, via various routes with appropriate monitoring. Job Requirements • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • BSN preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year Emergency RN experience required. • Current RN licensure in the state of NE or IA. • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. PALS certification required within 60 days.
