Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse ( Hospital or Home care) is preferred
- Knowledge on wound care assessment and intervention
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification required
- COPY of Covid vaccination
