Fallbrook Woods, Maine’s Leading Memory Care Community, is seeking to hire an experienced RN for our facility The RN is an integral member of the leadership team, taking primary responsibility for all aspects of resident's care. Assists with aspects of staffing. This includes coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, supporting company culture, managing change, providing timely performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts and carries out these responsibilities with integrity, compassion and the desire to make a difference in the lives of the residents and families we serve.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Initial and ongoing assessment of resident’s health status and care needs, from admission to discharge

· Regulatory compliance for Residential Care

· Acts as a liaison between residents and their families, administration and staff as well as the residents’ physician, pharmacist, other medical personnel and coordinates services with outside providers, as needed

· Oversees all resident care records and documentation

· Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed · On-call (rotation) Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications: · Current Maine RN License

· Experience in residential care and regulatory compliance

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to use computers and software applications

· Knowledge of healthcare, Alzheimer’s, dementia, other memory impairments and aging issues

Requirements

* Demonstrated competence in budget management

* Knowledge of healthcare, Alzheimer’s, dementia, other memory impairments and aging issues is good

* Must be able to communicate clearly, written and oral, in English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $37.69 - $40.95 per hour
