We are currently hiring for:

· Full Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday

What you need:

· Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania

· Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate.

· Demonstrated knowledge of the laws and regulations regarding MDS, Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid case mix, current RUGS, and the resident classification system.

· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or able to obtain a medical or religious exemption

What you do:

· Coordinates care plan schedules/standards and ensures compliance through education/review/audits.

· Coordinates and maintains all required schedules for MDS/Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) for residents upon admission, quarterly, annually, with condition change and following current CMS Medicare/Managed Care schedules. Provides in-service education in the use of the RAI.

· Coordinates the restorative program. Performs resident documentation as required following Luthercare’s Medical Record Documentation standard. Performs nursing duties following licensure scope of practice.

· Reviews and assesses potential new admissions as needed prior to admission and provides information to applicable staff. Documents resident information scheduled for discharge in accordance with regulations.
