SEEKING A REGIONAL HR MANAGER FOR FLORIDA'S WEST COAST - Sarasota, Venice, Port Charlotte Area!!!
The Regional Human Resource Manager is responsible for performing HR-related duties in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Regional HR Manager:
- The Regional HR Manager partners with employees and facility management to communicate various Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations
- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints
- The Regional HR Manager Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions
- Approves FMLA and LOA requests
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
- The Regional HR Manager audits the implementation of facility policies concerning wages, hours, and accruals
- Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner
- The Regional HR Manager manages the Benefits programs day to day administration including new enrollments, status changes, and termination of benefits.
- Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
QUALIFICATIONS required for the Regional HR Manager include:
- 3 years of experience in multi-state Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree
