The Regional Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of the restaurant and bar according to Company standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to staff; optimizes profits and increasing sales; manages all shifts ensuring guest satisfaction and meeting standards of quality and service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages front of house F&B operation which includes daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Responsible for the financial integrity of the food and beverage operation.
• Ordering & inventory of spirits and bar items.
• Ensures that guest service standards are implemented and maintained, training staff and constantly reinforcing Company philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Resolve problems using good judgment
• Understands guest’s service needs
• Direct performance of staff and follow-up with corrections needed.
• Ascertain department training needs and provide such training.
• Knowledge of applicable local state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Compute basic math calculations
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Familiar with beverage cost controls.
• High School Diploma or GED recommended. Experience may substitute for schooling. Minimum of 21 years of age
• Three years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager, preferably in similar style restaurant.
• Fluent in English, has ability to speak, read and write.
• Computer literate in Word and Excel
• Certified in alcohol awareness program
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Current WA State Health Food Handlers Card and (MAST) Mandatory Alcohol server Training/Class 12/Class 13 permits.
