Regional Fitness Manager Pay Structure

• Competitive base salary
• Commissions for coaching classes
• Total compensation can average between $75,000-$100,000 / annually

A Day In The Life:

• Be a constant example of peak level Orangetheory coaching
• Be an integral piece of the development of your Head Coaches
• Think like an owner - provide expertise and insight on studio metrics

• Understand the science behind our workouts - specifically heart-rate focused training
• Host workshops
• Onboard new coaches
• Help coaches, head coaches and our members set and achieve goals
• Facilitate regional coaching events & evaluations

As a Regional Fitness Manager, You Have:

• Knowledge to educate your region's elite coaches
• Multiunit managerial experience
• 5+ years of health, wellness and fitness industry experience
• AED/CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Ability to travel within the __ Region
