About Latitude Food Allergy Care

Latitude Food Allergy Care is a well funded high-growth healthcare services company based in the SF Bay Area and NYC. Latitude is at the forefront of food allergy prevention, diagnosis, and care for babies, children and adults. We are on a mission to change the lives of all food allergy families through exceptional care. Our founders and team have deep personal and professional experience in treating food allergies, and we are looking to expand our team with people who are similarly driven to grow a patient-centric, hospitality-minded model of care.

Latitude currently has five locations and is planning rapid expansion throughout the NY area and around the country.

Role

We are looking to hire an energetic, self-driven and hands-on individual to manage and scale our business in the New York metropolitan area. You will lead our Upper East Side flagship clinic and launch of additional clinics, including Brooklyn this year. You will hire, develop and mentor a team that supports our clinics. You will be responsible for delivering the highest level of patient experience before, during and after the patient appointment. You will own the financial goals for the market.

Responsibilities

● As a Regional Operations Director, you'll provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to your clinics to ensure safe, efficient, and clinically appropriate patient care

● Continuously optimize clinic operations to adapt to changing business needs

● Drive the financial performance and P&L oversight to achieve budgeted goals

● Create a feeling of belonging and strong team morale and ethics

● Leverage Latitude operating principles to identify, build, and establish new clinics that serve the local market

● Recruit and retain mission-driven teammates who embody service excellence and empathetic patient care

● Deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes

Qualifications

● Prior leadership history with a multi-site healthcare business preferred

● Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

● Demonstrated understanding of what makes the businesses successful, and able to balance that with patient and teammate satisfaction

● Experience driving rapid growth efforts, with measurable results in either revenue, volume or new services/business lines

● Ability to digest financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities

● Personal initiative, self-motivation, hands-on style and strong work ethic

● Scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset
