Pennant Healthcare is looking to grow our support team by hiring a Full-Time Regional Director of Clinical Resource.

Job Duties:

Provides overall support of the nursing departments for multiple skilled nursing facilities in various areas across the state.

Responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing, Interdisciplinary Team and Administrator at each facility.

The Clinical Resource helps provide input on, and support for, the implementation of strong clinical systems that result in the highest quality of care.

The Clinical Resource supports the development and implementation of quality assurance measurements and audits, and assists in improving medical management processes throughout the skilled nursing facilities and market by coordinating and engaging in activities to proactively promote implementation of evidence based best practices.

The Clinical Resource monitors, performs, and manages quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.

Qualifications:

Must have current Washington State Registered Nurse License

Must have Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience * Ability to travel to multiple facilities in the area*

Experience as a Director of Nursing at a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred

Service-oriented individual (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)

Electronic Medical Records EMR knowledge needed

Additional Information Salary: Commensurate with experience

Position Type: Full Time, Employee Schedule: Typically business hours but may vary depending on workload and travel needs - 40 hrs/week

Based out of home office and regularly travels to assigned facilities.
