Legacy Healthcare Services is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to cover the following areas throughout Florida: Jacksonville, Panhandle, The Villages, Gainesville and East Coast down to Miami. The ideal candidate will either reside in a location central to the territory of coverage. *Travel of up to 50% is an essential part of this role*

The RDO directs and supports the implementation of clinical service delivery, clinical program implementation and operational excellence in their assigned territory. Ensures departments are meeting budgeted expectations through a strong focus on clinical training and programming, staffing model implementation and customer relationship management. Utilizes their knowledge in reimbursement systems and rehab agency conditions of participation to ensure that Legacy clinics operate at the highest standard of both clinical and operational excellence. Must be able to multitask and handle details across a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Supervises Multi-Site managers for assigned areas.

Qualifications/ Education:

Preferred clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

· Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in therapy management.

· Experienced with multisite management and frequent travel.

· Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, OT, SLP or the equivalent).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Assigned Multi- Site managers or Rehabilitation Directors.

Licenses:

· Licensed and registered (PT, OT, SLP) in state(s) where assigned, if applicable.
