Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team supporting refugees as they look to settle in Oxfordshire. Homes for Ukraine was set up by the Government to respond to the humanitarian crisis and displacement of people following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The scheme allows UK citizens to volunteer to house refugees fleeing the war.

The successful candidate will work to develop and deliver key Resettlement Programmes to refugees and vulnerable migrants.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, colleagues and partners across national and local organisations
• The confidence and motivation to play a key role in a new team, develop effective processes and procedures in order to provide an excellent service
• Sensitivity and compassion for people affected by conflict, displacement and trauma
