As a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, you are a strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and data analysis. You enjoy using data to tell a story and inform decision-making. You are proficient with various technology platforms and can configure and troubleshoot applicant tracking systems and integrated stacks as a super admin. You are skilled in project management and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Systems

  • Function as the thought leader within the Talent Acquisition Operations team to ensure our technology infrastructure is well-positioned to support recruiters and meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple recruiting technology platforms, including iCIMS, Beeline, Workday HCM, Onboard, ServiceNow, and others.
  • Serve as the iCIMS applicant tracking system super admin, managing and configuring the platform.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to better understand our processes compared to our system capabilities and take action to improve, update, and enhance them over time.
  • Manage recruiting projects, such as technical implementations, various system integrations, and exploration of new technologies to improve quality and speed to hire.
  • Resolve technical issues as the recruiting systems subject matter expert with iCIMS, Workday, and other systems governed by Talent Acquisition.
  • Educate recruiters, HR business partners, and business leaders on system updates, upgrades, and ways to be more accurate and efficient with our data and systems.
  • Audit Talent Acquisition security access, processes, and data to ensure the highest level of accuracy possible.


Data

  • Undertake data assignments, such as information gathering, data analysis, scenario modeling, quality checking, auditing, warehousing, governance, extraction, and migration.
  • Prepare detailed, complex reports from key recruitment systems, manipulate and analyze data to demonstrate operational effectiveness and the need for process improvement, and provide enhanced visualization support to deliver engaging insight into data.
  • Develop executive dashboards, monthly scorecards, and other ad hoc reports with an understanding of the audience, business case objectives, and urgency required to complete in a timely manner.

Project Management


  • Bring a project management mindset, with adaptive instincts and intuition for efficiency needed to bring projects to completion.
  • Identify best practices and implement process improvements, facilitate new system features or changes to existing system features, ensuring process improvements are tracked, documented, and well-communicated.
  • Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to understand the problem, the scope of the project, and the development of simple, sustainable, and scalable solutions based on the analysis of data and situations.
  • Coordinate, analyze, and disseminate information on process, policy, and procedure changes and ensure the successful completion of projects managed.
Requirements:
  • Five plus years of relevant experience in business systems analytics, system administration (creating and maintaining), & reporting with an emphasis on data-driven decisions and systems administration required.
  • Experience in applicant tracking system administration, core HCM, or large data warehouse required
  • Strong data analytical skills using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & macros) and Tableau or SQL preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint required
  • Creative ability to make data understandable and useful for stakeholders by displaying data in interesting and engaging ways preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or Human Resources preferred
  • Experience in program management or process improvement preferred
  • Ability to handle complex and confidential information in a secure, dependable, timely, and responsible manner preferred
  • Deep administrator knowledge of iCIMS, Beeline, and/or Workday strongly preferred
  • Passion for process improvement, data analysis, and technology configuration
