• Develop and maintain relationship strategies that allow you to regularly communicate with current and potential consulting candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to determine appropriate sourcing strategy.
• Builds winning TA strategy by taking information gathered from HR & the business and staying ahead of business needs to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current programs and process and make recommendations for improvement.
• Champion promotes from within through collaboration with managers and supervisors on team member promotions and career advancements.
• Evaluate candidates’ strengths based on performance compared with position requirements and company expectations.
• Drive onsite and offsite candidate events and help build employer brand.
• Create and continuously improve recruitment programs and processes.
• Lead various projects outside of your day to day hiring activities.
• Inspire your team to creatively approach sourcing and recruiting.
• Partner with leadership throughout the organization to develop customized plans to meet their staffing goals.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations in order to attract and recruit diverse candidates.
• Research and attend various career fairs and networking events with the recruitment team.
• Work with Human Resources team on various projects as assigned.
• Managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Other duties as needed or required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience researching and sourcing, including the use of diverse strategies, technologies and recruiting tools.
• 5+ years’ experience sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Experience tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics and reporting to business leadership on a regular cadence.
• Familiarity working autonomously and in a high growth, fast paced environment.
• Collaborative team player and strong communicator; hands-on experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Have a bias for action and are solutions oriented.
• Are Collaborative.
• Are metrics-driven, able to use numbers to support their efforts.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
