ProSmile is looking for a Hygienist Recruiter to complete our Provider Recruiting team!
The Hygiene Recruiter will focus on hiring Dental Hygienists for all of our offices. You will partner with the Campus Recruiter as well as Operations Support to recruit experienced Hygienists.
ProSmile is the premier Dental Support Organization in the NJ/MD/PA tristate region. With over 1000 employees in 60+ offices and backed by a top Private Equity firm.
The role is Remote, ideal candidate located on the east coast.
What you can expect as a Hygiene Recruiter:
Managing full life cycle recruiting for 30+ requisitions
High volume sourcing across various platforms
Maintaining and building a pipeline of hygiene candidates
Management of agency submitted hygiene candidates
Candidate Management
Conducting preliminary phone screens with viable candidates
Scheduling interviews with Operations Team
Managing offers and closing candidates
- Client interaction
- Weekly check ins with Operational Leadership
- Reporting
- Week over week progress
- Reporting with executive management
What you bring to the role:
1 year of dental recruiting work experience preferred.
4+ year work experience in recruiting, HR, or service sales is required.
Previously worked as Registered Dental Hygienist
Staffing or placement agency experience is a plus
Must have high comfort level with computers and applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or Customer Relationship Management preferred.
Strong sense of initiative, extremely detail oriented and can prioritize tasks.
You are comfortable engaging online and over the phone with highly educated professionals utilizing excellent written communication skills.
