conducts interviews, drug screens, e-verify, and other on boarding procedures enter applications into database when necessary, counsel or terminate employees for poor conduct update clients of their order progress hourly for ASAP orders attend job fairs Fill open job orders, both skilled and unskilled in a timely manner. Consistently following policies, processes and procedures pertaining to E-verify system, proper I-9 documentation. Administer all paperwork required in the recruiting process. (Pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
