We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated individual to work as a Recruiter in our rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, and pre-screening candidates. Our company is growing dramatically and the biggest challenge we face is hiring sufficient numbers of qualified employees to fill our growing needs. The Recruiter will be expected to regularly recruit new talent and maintain open lines of communication while creating a strong community spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conduct pre-screening and evaluate potential candidates.
• Have/Create strong relationships with hiring entities and solid recourses.
• Build a strong relationship with candidates.
• Collaborate with HR Manger to fill open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
