Philadelphia Nanny Network is seeking a full-time Recruiter dedicated to building our pool of candidates for referral into child care positions. Recruited child care providers are hired directly by Philadelphia Nanny Network into the Elite Nanny Program as field staff or they are hired by our private clients.

The Recruiter has a impact on the growth of the company and is accountable to end-to-end recruiting with a result of filling the candidate pipeline and pool of job seeking nannies and babysitters. The role has a direct relationship with the success of the company.

More specifically, the Recruiter operates with a high sense of urgency and excitement; in a results driven position by marketing, developing and implementing applicant sourcing strategies as well as processing applicants through the recruitment cycle. The responsibility involves implementing a recruiting plan, prescreening, interviewing, reference checking and background investigating. It also involves periodic evaluation of the process to refine efficiencies an minimize redundancies. The objective of this position includes maintaining a strong pool of qualified candidates to refer to private clients or get hired into our internal team of Elite Nannies. The company is growing at a fast pace and this position plays a major role in that growth.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conduct phone screens, interviews (via zoom), reference checks and prepare candidate’s profile for clients and hiring manager
  • Assess qualifications based on the company and clients’ needs
  • Develop recruiting strategies and implementation of strategies
  • Continuation of current marketing and recruiting methods to feed the pipeline as well as developing new cost effective resources
  • Posting job openings utilizing all resources, including recruiting through social media

Required skills and experience include:

  • Passion for quality care for all children
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record in conducting interviews and hiring
  • 5 years experience in a busy work environment and multifaceted job
  • Beyond excellent organizational skills
  • Beyond excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is a remote position. Applicants must have a dedicated home office space with strong WIFI connection.

Additional Details:

Candidates must show proof of the eligibility to work in the US. The office building and office are smoke-free environments.

Training is individually paced; dress code is business casual when on video.

Compensation:

Compensation depends on background and experience, plus 15 days PTO. There are medical benefits, annual bonus if goals are met and a company match retirement plan as well.
