OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Associate.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM (some travel required)
Term through January 2023 (approximately)
What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Associate
- Prepare and lead NHO; support new hires in completing documents, upload all documents, set calendar, follow and educate on HR policies and procedure, assist with terminations for no-shows, communicate with management and recruiting team
- Process new hires in the system; Complete I9's, Request badge pictures and upload them
- Verify rehire eligibility
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts; partnering with market outreach, lead hiring events, support recruitment locally and virtually
- Assist TA Manager with special projects (i.e., sign on bonuses, referral bonuses, etc.)
- Assist with onsite hiring events or attending local job fairs
- Assist in schedule tours
- Work with ATS system; supporting and working candidates
- Guide employees to SS if asking questions
- Prepare or update employee records related to hiring
- High attention to detail
- MS Skills - intermediate level
- Passion for people
- Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
- Prior experience with ATS and Recruiting highly desired
- 1 year Human Resources experience required
- 1-2 years of clerical experience required
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
