We are Elite Management. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team to help us find, filter and onboard future team members for our offices in Colorado, Idaho, Arizona and California. We are always hiring and typically looking to fill positions in administration roles, call center, accounting, field technicians (plumbing), outside sales and executive roles.
The ideal candidate should posess the following skills:
1. Great communication, verbal and written
2. Previous recruiting experience
3. Great positive energy
4. Marketing skills to help find talent that may not necessarily be looking for work
5. Great organizational skills
6. Great listening skills
7. Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
