The Bradley Group is currently seeking experienced, goal oriented Recruiters for several locations.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record working in a fast paced staffing environment and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily and weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
- Post job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.
- Source and contact candidates through ATS system and online (Indeed)
- Attend job fairs
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Complete on boarding process (I9, drug screen, etc) when candidate is being placed on assignment.
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Update clients on hiring status
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
- Create talent pipeline with high potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep details records of candidates information in ATS system, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
- Excellent customer service experience is required.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the staffing industry, specifically in a Recruiter role.
- Ability to manage the hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding)
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles.
- Knowledge of job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
