Position Title: Records Management and Warehouse Mezzanine Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. Due to the nature of this government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required.

NEOSTEK is seeking a Records Management and Warehouse Mezzanine Analyst with experience in both physical and electronic records management.

Responsibilities:

• Physical records and warehouse management, to include:

** Locate containers or folders on the shelving, using the location information listed in physical inventory systems
** Remove containers from shelving, check for missing and/or charged out containers, and empty locations immediately
** Place containers in order, facing the same direction and with transfer numbers visible
** Shelve non-disposable records that are being relocated
** Locate requested folders and indicate container on the shelving using the location information on the reference request. Some shelving is up to 170 inches high

• Conduct capture of records during personnel off-boarding
• Performs indexing and tagging of scanned records
• Upload records to a content management system and applies disposition of physical and/or electronic records in accordance with File Plan and Policy guidelines

Requirements:

• Physical records management experience
• Records intake and transfer experience
• Electronic records management system application experience
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse or manual labor experience
• Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift boxes up to 30 to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to climb ladders to reach shelving up to 14 feet high
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must be able to work with minimal guidance
• Experience working with Federal Government agencies preferred

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree required
• Education may be substituted for experience and industry designations

Mandatory Requirements:

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information

• Warehouse or manual labor experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
