Job description

The receptionist/secretary/legal secretary position involves interaction with clients in person and over the phone. The general secretarial duties include filing, preparing letters and correspondence, and communicating with clients by e-mail. The legal secretarial duties involve preparing legal documents and court forms, using the office legal management system, filing documents with the court, using specialized office and legal computer programs, case management, and other duties as assigned. This position is the beginning step toward a legal career in which the applicant can advance to being a full-time legal secretary, becoming a paralegal or even an attorney.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
