Job description

Responsible for coordinating all office functions in a physician’s office or clinic setting. Greets patients and visitors, performs scheduling, prepares and maintains patients chart, orders supplies and prepares end of day reports and balancing. Answer phones, check in patients, Collect copays, deductibles, and verify insurance.

Qualifications: Medical office experience preferred
