Essential Job Functions:
- Greets patients and visitors, in person or over phone
- Answering questions appropriately
- Scheduling appointments
- Collects co-payments at the time of service, receives payments on accounts and reconciles daily cash reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer, telephone and communication skills
- Customer service skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Dependable, a team player, friendly and professional
- Medical office experience preferred, but not required
