**Columbia, TN Law Firm Seeks Customer Service Superstar**

Harlan and Quillen is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the firm’s frontline customer service representative.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or higher, a professional attitude and is a team player who will support other administrative positions whenever needed.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line phone system

Scheduling

Data entry, tracking and reporting

Perform client intake tasks

Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher

Ability to multi-task

Computer knowledge required including Microsoft Office

Proficiency in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
