Job description
We are looking for a Receptionist to work within our exiting reception team; interested person must have excellent communicational skills and computer literate and familiar with the current Medway/ Bluespier /Careflow system. Must be competent to work independently and of a pleasant nature, as you will be first patient facing and flexible with your hours.

Perhaps this is near where you live or you want a change of scene from the city centre hospitals? You won't need to work night duty or on-call but you will need to be flexible to work a range of shifts across the week. Shift times include 0700 to 1500, 1000 to 1800 and work across the trust.

We provide a wide variety of specialties and services . The unit provides a state of the art endoscopy service. including Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Colorectal, Upper GI, Max fax, and Occuloplastic procedures.
If you have reception experience we would love to hear from you, but we are mostly looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals who want to give the very best care to our patients. There are plenty of training opportunities within the trust.

You will be front facing, and of a professional manner, admitting patients prior to procedures. Receiving phone calls and communicating with other multidisciplinary teams across the trust. Managing patients medical records and other confidential materials, making appointments where necessary and following trust policies and protocols at all times.
