We are seeking our next amazing team member - a confident, winning personality, with an eye for detail, highly organized, ability to multitask, hard-working, accomplished at communicating in a clear, effective and efficient way, Front Desk Coordinator for our custom cabinet shop. We would like you to be great with in person customers and have outstanding phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling administrative tasks including: answering and routing phone calls, gathering information for new leads and directing to appropriate sales staff, greeting customers, maintaining office supplies, filing, and other duties as assigned. Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate in a positive manner is essential. Communicating professionally and clearly is required. A thorough understanding of software, systems, business procedures, and problem-solving is necessary. Cabinet experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
